How it works
The central console manages all customers from one screen; firewall and intrusion detection run at each customer's network edge and connect to the centre over an encrypted tunnel.
We list your assets. Ownership is verified and a signed scanning authorisation is obtained; no target is scanned without permission.
The gateway (usually virtual OPNsense) and agents are installed and connected to the centre over an encrypted tunnel.
Traffic, logs and vulnerabilities are monitored continuously; you are alerted instantly on critical events.
Regular reports show how your risk score changes and you apply the recommended steps.
A physical firewall appliance is not the default; one of three models is chosen based on your infrastructure.
| Customer type | Gateway | Extra hardware |
|---|---|---|
| Servers in the cloud (websites, VPS) | Virtual OPNsense in the cloud or the server's own firewall | None |
| Office has virtualisation | Virtual OPNsense on the existing server | None |
| No server in office | OPNsense on a mini PC or a light package | Mini PC or none |
AI agents carry the load of a classic 24/7 shift team; critical decisions pass through an analyst's approval.
| Risk | Example action | Decided by |
|---|---|---|
| Low | Block a brute-forcing IP | AI, automatic |
| Medium | Lock a user account | AI suggests, analyst approves |
| High | Isolate a server, breach notification | Analyst |
