Where is my data kept and is it secure?
Your logs and scan results are kept on the central security server, fully separated from other customers'. The console is accessed only over an encrypted connection. A separate data processing agreement is signed with each customer.
Is permission required for scans?
Yes. The system never scans a target without verified ownership and written permission. Every scan is logged with who, when and under what authority.
Do I need to buy hardware?
Usually no. Firewall and agents are mostly installed virtually. Only customers with no server at all in the office may need a small device.
Which systems can you monitor?
Servers, websites, network devices and computers. Cloud (VPS) and local office networks are supported.
How fast will I know about an attack?
Critical events trigger an instant email/Telegram alert. Known threats are blocked automatically.
Does the AI decide on its own?
No. AI handles routine, low-risk events automatically; decisions like isolating a server or breach notification pass through an analyst's approval.
How is data-protection compliance handled?
A data processing agreement is signed with each customer as data processor; we observe U.S. data-protection and breach-notification requirements, notably the NY SHIELD Act and GBL §899-aa, and retention periods are clearly defined.
How do contracts and pricing work?
A monthly subscription set by the number of protected devices. Scope, liability limits and scanning authorisation are gathered in one service agreement.
Does it work with my existing tools?
Yes. The platform is added on top of your existing server and network; it is installed to run alongside, without touching your running systems.
